Cloudified Holdings Limited, formerly known as Falanx Group Ltd and now operating as a cash shell, expects to publish its interim results on April 30, 2024, and anticipates the restoration of trading of its shares thereafter. The company is seeking to execute a reverse takeover by acquiring a new business, which must be completed within six months of December 12, 2023, to avoid suspension and potential delisting from the AIM market. If no acquisition is made, Cloudified may consider voluntary liquidation to return cash to shareholders.
