CleanTech Vanadium Mining ( (TSE:CTV) ) has issued an update.

CleanTech Vanadium Mining Corp. and Oracle Commodity Holding Corp. have amended their royalty agreement to include the Quarant Fluorspar Project in Kentucky. This amendment entitles Oracle to a 2% net smelter return royalty on minerals produced and sold from the properties, with Oracle agreeing to pay USF 20% of the cash consideration for the acquisition of these properties. This strategic move strengthens CleanTech’s position in the critical minerals sector and enhances its operational footprint in the Illinois-Kentucky Fluorspar District.
