City of London Investment Trust PLC (GB:CTY) has released an update.
The City of London Investment Trust PLC has announced the buyback of 352,907 of its own shares at a price of 424.9427p each, which will be held in Treasury. This action follows the authorization granted at the Annual General Meeting on October 31, 2023. Following the transaction, the total voting rights in the company now stand at 33,297,339.
