Citizens Financial Group, Inc. has enhanced its leadership team by appointing Tracy A. Atkinson to its Board of Directors, starting March 1, 2024. With a wealth of experience from her tenure at State Street Corporation, Atkinson brings valuable insights to the Audit Committee as an independent director. Additionally, the company announced that Edward J. Kelly III is set to become the lead independent director, taking over from Shivan Subramaniam who is retiring in April 2024 after a long-standing tenure.
