Cimpress NV (CMPR) has released an update.
On December 14, 2023, Cimpress plc’s Board of Directors approved the buyback of up to $150 million of its ordinary shares without a set expiration date. The repurchases, which may occur on the open market, through private transactions, or via self-tender offers, will be dependent on the company’s evaluation of their potential impact on intrinsic value per share and may be compared to other opportunities, with the possibility of suspension or discontinuation at any time.
