China Xiangtai Food Co has announced a new Sales Representative Agreement with BIT ORIGIN LTD., effective June 7, 2024, to market and sell their Aethir Cloud rendering miners globally. The agreement establishes BIT ORIGIN LTD. as an independent contractor with a 12-month term subject to renewal, outlining terms for device pricing, commissions, and the handling of sales materials. Additionally, the arrangement includes clauses for termination, indemnification, and the return of sales materials upon agreement conclusion.
