China Shenhua Energy Co invites shareholders to the annual general meeting on June 21, 2024, to vote on key resolutions, including approval of financial reports, profit distribution plan offering a RMB2.26 per share dividend, and executive remuneration. They will also consider authorizing the repurchase of up to 10% of the company’s H shares and the appointment of KPMG as auditors for 2024. Shareholders are encouraged to appoint proxies for voting if they cannot attend in person.
