China Everbright Water Limited has announced its proposal to issue RMB2 billion worth of Asset-Backed Securities to qualified institutional investors in mainland China. The move follows the receipt of a no-objection letter from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, paving the way for the subsidiary’s potential securities issuance under an established asset-backed products scheme.
