China Aerospace International Holdings Limited announced a leadership change effective from 23 July 2024, with Mr Zhou Limin stepping down as Chairman and Executive Director to become the Chief Specialist, and Mr Wang Hui taking over the roles including chairmanships of Nomination and Environment, Social & Governance Committees. Mr Zhou’s departure is amicable, with no issues to alert the shareholders, while Mr Wang Hui brings extensive experience in corporate strategy management to the table. The company expresses its respect and thanks to Mr Zhou for his service and warmly welcomes Mr Wang to his new position.
