Cheniere Energy Partners LP (CQP) just unveiled an update.
Cheniere Energy Partners has announced the addition of Matthew Hutton and Matthew Runkle to its Board of Directors, effective April 2, 2024. Their appointments, which also include positions on the Executive Committee and likely for Runkle on the CMI SPA Committee, come as a result of rights held by CQP Holdco LP. This change coincides with the resignation of Brian Baker and Scott Peak from the Board and its committees. Both Hutton and Runkle have entered into the company’s standard indemnification agreement, with no reportable transactions under financial regulations.
