On January 26, 2024, the Board of Directors of Cheniere Energy, Inc. decided to voluntarily withdraw its common stock from the NYSE American and move the listing to the New York Stock Exchange. The transition is expected to conclude with the end of trading on the NYSE American on February 2, 2024, and the commencement of trading on the NYSE on February 5, 2024.
