ChemX Materials Limited has extended the closing date of its Share Purchase Plan to offer eligible shareholders the opportunity to buy up to $30,000 worth of shares at $0.048 each, aiming to raise a total of $500,000. The company is also providing free options for every two shares purchased, which are exercisable at $0.09 and expire in three years, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming general meeting. The funds raised are earmarked for the construction of a High Purity Alumina Pilot Plant in Perth, along with working capital and the costs of the SPP itself.
