Centrica plc (GB:CNA) has released an update.
Centrica plc has declared the purchase of 1.8 million of its own ordinary shares at a price of 130.9370 pence per share, as part of its share repurchase programme announced in October 2023. These shares will be retained as treasury shares. The company has now acquired over 205 million shares since the programme began, spending nearly £287.16 million, and holds 548.6 million shares in treasury.
