Celsius Resources Ltd. has secured additional funding of £117,317 by signing a Binding Subscription Agreement with their substantial shareholder, Silvercorp Metals Inc., who will receive new shares and warrants. This financial move is part of an earlier placement raising close to £922,000 and will support early development and exploration activities in various copper-gold projects, along with general working capital needs. The new shares will be admitted for trading on the AIM market later this month.
