C&C Group Plc (GB:CCR) has released an update.
C&C Group Plc announced the repurchase and cancellation of 119,979 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from 166.00p to 167.00p, as part of its ongoing Buyback Programme set to run until June 30, 2024. This programme, which aims to buy back up to €15 million worth of shares, was initially announced on February 21, 2024, and started on March 1, 2024. Following these transactions, C&C Group will have 390,022,933 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares.
