C&C Group Plc has purchased and cancelled 124,985 of its own ordinary shares as a part of its ongoing buyback program, which aims to repurchase up to €15 million worth of shares by June 30, 2024. The shares were bought on the London Stock Exchange at prices ranging from 167.00p to 168.40p, with a volume-weighted average price of 167.28p. Following the transaction, the company’s total number of ordinary shares in issue stands at 389,897,948, excluding treasury shares.
