C&C Group Plc (GB:CCR) has released an update.
C&C Group Plc has continued its share buyback program by purchasing 10,000 of its own ordinary shares at a uniform price of 164.60p on the London Stock Exchange, with the intention to cancel them. This move is part of a larger buyback plan to repurchase up to €15 million worth of shares by June 30, 2024. After these transactions, the total number of ordinary shares in issue for C&C will stand at 390,361,412.
