C&C Group Plc has announced the purchase and cancellation of 50,000 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 160.00p each, as part of its ongoing €15 million share buyback program set to conclude by June 30, 2024. This buyback aligns with the company’s strategy to manage capital and is part of a detailed plan initially announced in February 2024. After the transaction, the total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) for C&C will stand at 390,411,412.
