C&C Group Plc has announced the repurchase and cancellation of 80,000 of its own ordinary shares at a uniform price of 158.00p per share, as part of its €15 million share buyback program set to continue until the end of June 2024. The completion of this transaction will leave the company with 390,481,412 ordinary shares in issue. This buyback initiative underscores C&C’s ongoing commitment to shareholder value enhancement.
