C&C Group Plc (GB:CCR) has released an update.
C&C Group Plc recently acquired 91,000 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 167.40p to 168.40p, with the average price being 167.84p. These shares, bought on the London Stock Exchange via J&E Davy, will be cancelled as part of the company’s €15 million share buyback program running until June 30, 2024. The buyback initiative, which commenced on March 1, 2024, aims to reduce the number of shares in circulation, with C&C set to have 390,270,412 ordinary shares remaining after the transaction.
