Time Vesting RSUs vest over four years, Core EPS RSUs depend on achieving specific earnings per share targets, and Relative TSR RSUs vest based on shareholder return compared to a selected peer group, with varying vesting percentages tied to performance rankings. Additionally, the committee set the 2024 compensation targets for top executives, including multi-million dollar equity award targets.
