Castings PLC has granted share options to two of its top executives under the Castings 2020 Restricted Share Plan, with CEO Adam Vicary receiving 24,619 Options and Group Finance Director Steven Mant getting 17,906 Options. These options, which are set to vest after three years contingent on continued service, represent a small fraction of the firm’s issued capital, amounting to approximately 0.10%. Additionally, option holders are eligible for dividends equivalent payments during the holding period post-exercise.
