Capstone Copper Corp. reported a successful Annual General and Special Meeting, with a significant 75.25% of shareholders casting votes. Nearly unanimous support was seen for the appointment of eight directors and the re-appointment of Deloitte LLP as the company’s auditor. Additionally, shareholders showed strong approval for the company’s executive compensation approach and the allocation of entitlements under Capstone’s Treasury Share Unit Plan.
