Capricorn Energy PLC is set to reward its shareholders with a special dividend of around $50 million, accompanied by a share capital consolidation aimed at maintaining pre- and post-dividend share price levels. The announcement comes alongside news of major board changes, with Craig van der Laan stepping down as Non-Executive Chair and Maria Gordon taking over the role. The AGM where these developments will be discussed is scheduled for 23 May 2024, with the dividend payout expected on 7 June 2024.
