CapitaLand Investment Limited has successfully signed the European Central Bank as the new anchor tenant for the Gallileo office tower in Frankfurt, committing to a 10-year lease for nearly the entire building. The ECB will move into Gallileo in the second half of 2025, post significant asset enhancements intended to modernize the building into a collaborative, community-oriented workplace. CapitaLand’s investment in these upgrades, aiming for a LEED Gold sustainability rating, reflects its dedication to fostering innovative and people-centric work environments.
