CapitaLand Mall Trust (SG:C38U) has released an update.
CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust has issued over 14 million new units at S$2.010 each to Premier Healthcare Services International as a partial payment for management fees. This payment method covers both base and performance components of the fees for the fourth quarter of 2023 and the entire year respectively, with the remainder to be paid in cash. The issuance increases the total number of units in the market to over 6.67 billion.
