Candy Club Holdings Ltd. has announced its intention to acquire Scalare Partners, a company that empowers tech startups, with plans to accelerate their growth particularly in the global technology sector. The acquisition is poised to expand Scalare’s advisory services and products, including a new U.S. office, while bringing together over 100 tech companies and 1,200 executives under their wing. Upon completion, the merger will create a debt-free, well-capitalized entity with a market valuation of approximately $26.5 million, aimed at providing shareholders with exposure to the fast-growing tech ecosystem.
