Calima Energy Ltd is set to hold its Annual General Meeting on May 24, 2024, where shareholders will vote on key resolutions including the adoption of the annual financial reports, executive remuneration, re-election of Director Mark Freeman, and approval of a special mandate to issue additional equity. Additionally, a proposal for a significant capital return to shareholders amounting to A$80,000,000 will be considered.
