Calidus Resources Ltd. (AU:CAI) has released an update.
Calidus Resources Limited has announced an offer for eligible shareholders to purchase up to 26,086,956 shares at $0.115 each, aiming to raise $3 million before costs. Investors will also receive one free-attaching option for every two shares they buy under the Share Purchase Plan (SPP) offer. The investment is considered speculative and the prospectus warns that consultation with a professional adviser is recommended if there is any uncertainty.
