Calibre Mining (TSE:CXB) has released an update.
Calibre Mining Corp. successfully completed a bought deal financing, raising C$115 million through the issuance of 68.54 million common shares at C$1.68 each, including an over-allotment option. The offering was conducted with the help of leading underwriters like BMO Capital Markets and will support Calibre’s growth as a mid-tier gold producer with operations across the Americas.
