Cairn Homes Plc has announced the buyback of 100,000 of its own ordinary shares on April 16, 2024, as part of an ongoing share repurchase program initiated last month. The shares, bought through Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange, will be cancelled, affecting the total number of shares in issue to be 648,443,920. The transactions were executed by Goodbody Stockbrokers UC, with no shares held in treasury post-settlement.
