Cairn Homes Plc (GB:CRN) has released an update.
Cairn Homes Plc has executed a share buyback, purchasing 100,000 of its own ordinary shares across the Euronext Dublin and London Stock Exchange, with the intention of cancelling them. The buyback, part of a program announced earlier in March 2023, has led to a revised total of 648,243,920 ordinary shares in issue. The shares were acquired through Goodbody Stockbrokers UC, with the prices ranging from €1.6160 to €1.6340 and £1.3800 to £1.3960 respectively.
