Caesars Entertainment, Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors to ten members and appointed Kim Harris Jones to the new position, bringing her extensive experience from senior roles at Mondelez International, Kraft Foods, and a 17-year tenure at Chrysler. Renowned in the corporate world, Harris Jones has been recognized by several publications for her influence and is also actively involved with various boards and charitable organizations. Her election, which is still subject to regulatory approvals, will be up for shareholder vote at the 2024 annual meeting.
