Dr. John B. Shoven informed Cadence Design Systems, Inc.’s Board of Directors of his intent to retire and not pursue re-election at the 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders after serving 32 years, including 16 as Board Chair. The Board acknowledged his invaluable contributions and lengthy service.
