Cabral Gold Inc. has launched a private placement aiming to raise $2 million by offering 12.5 million units at $0.16 each, with additional purchase options via warrants. The proceeds are designated for general corporate purposes and advancing the prefeasibility study at their Cuiú Cuiú gold district in Brazil. The offering includes finder’s fees and is subject to a four-month hold period and regulatory approvals.
