BYD Co has announced a final cash dividend of RMB 3.096 per share for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2023, to be paid on 6 August 2024. Shareholders will receive the dividend in HKD, with an exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.09945, making it HKD 3.4039 per share. The company has also detailed withholding tax rates for different shareholder categories, including exemptions for foreign individual investors.
