BWP Trust (AU:BWP) has released an update.
BWP Trust has increased its stake in Newmark Property REIT through an off-market takeover bid, resulting in a rise in voting power from 82.92% to 83.91%. This change occurred on April 17, 2024, following the acceptance of offers made under a bidder’s statement dated February 7, 2024. Wesfarmers, which holds a 24.75% voting power in BWP, also saw an increase in relevant interest due to the transaction.
