Bunzl plc has announced its application for a block listing of 50,000 ordinary shares to be traded on the London Stock Exchange and included on the Official List, set to be admitted on April 19, 2024. These shares are intended to fulfill options granted under the Bunzl plc Sharesave Scheme, ensuring they are on equal footing with currently issued shares.
