The incentive is divided into three key areas: 40% depends on organic revenue growth, 40% on adjusted EBITDAC margin, and 20% on personal objectives, with payouts ranging from 0% to 200% of the target amounts. Executives stand to earn from $1,000,000 to $3,750,000, encouraging them to drive the company’s financial success throughout the year.
