Brookfield Corporation (TSE:BN) has released an update.
Brookfield Corporation has announced a public offering of $750 million in senior notes due in 2054 at an interest rate of 5.968%, with the offering expected to close around March 4, 2024. The notes, guaranteed by Brookfield and issued by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Brookfield Finance Inc., will help the company in addressing its general corporate needs. The offer, part of an existing shelf prospectus, is available in the U.S. and Canada with detailed documents accessible through the SEC’s EDGAR and Canada’s SEDAR+ systems.
