British American Tobacco (BTI) has released an update.
British American Tobacco p.l.c. has announced a share buyback on April 11, 2024, purchasing 300,000 shares at prices ranging from 2300.00p to 2319.00p as part of its buyback program initiated on March 18, 2024. Following the buyback, the company plans to cancel these shares, which will leave 2,231,669,954 ordinary shares in issuance, excluding treasury shares, and hold 220,278,630 shares in treasury.
