British American Tobacco (UK) (GB:BATS) has released an update.
British American Tobacco has awarded shares to CFO Soraya Benchikh as compensation for forfeited incentives from her previous employer. Shares were granted at a price of 2,351 pence each, with transactions occurring outside a trading venue on May 1, 2024. The awards are part of a Restricted Share Plan with vesting dates set for September 2025 and 2026.
