Bridgepoint Group plc has actively engaged in its share buyback program, purchasing 28,137 ordinary shares on April 16, 2024. The transactions were made through J.P. Morgan Securities with prices ranging from 238.80 to 245.60 pence per share, with an average price of 242.2396 pence. Following the acquisition, Bridgepoint will cancel the purchased shares as part of its capital management strategy.
