BriaCell Therapeutics Corp. held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on January 30, 2024, with 5,375,071 common shares represented, meeting the quorum. Shareholders ratified the appointment of MNP LLP as the Company’s auditors, authorizing the Board to fix their remuneration. Additionally, all seven director nominees were elected to serve until the next annual meeting. The voting saw overwhelming support for each proposal, with no votes against the appointees and a majority ‘For’ votes for both the appointment of auditors and the election of the directors.
