BRF SA (BRFS) has released an update.
BRF S.A. Board of Directors unanimously approved the provision of a guarantee for a debenture issue by Potengi Holdings S.A., with BRF S.A. and AES Brasil Energia S.A. as guarantors. The debentures, totaling R$ 210 million, have an 18.5-year maturity and are intended for qualified investors under an automatic registration process. The board also authorized company representatives to take necessary actions related to the issuance, offer, and guarantee, as well as ratified prior related actions by the Executive Board.
