BP plc. (BP) has released an update.
BP plc has reported an update on its total voting rights, stating that as of March 28, 2024, the share capital consists of over 16 billion ordinary shares and approximately 12.7 million preference shares, excluding treasury shares. The total number of voting rights now stands at roughly 16.9 billion, a vital piece of information for shareholders in relation to changes in share ownership as per the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules. The company has confirmed the new total number of voting rights, including treasury shares, to be over 17.6 billion.
