Bowen Fintech Plc, soon to be rebranded as MOH Nippon Plc, has announced the forthcoming acquisition of a 97.41% stake in the crowdfunding platform MOH from Kyosei Bank Co., Ltd. The £34.46 million deal will be executed through the issuance of over 229 million new shares, with a re-admission of shares set for August 19, 2024, subject to shareholder approval. This move is expected to significantly change the company’s business and management, positioning MOH to capitalize on Japan’s growing real estate crowdfunding market.
