Botala Energy Ltd. has announced the issue of 333,333 fully paid ordinary shares under its Employee Share Incentive Plan (ESIP), following approval at the Annual General Meeting on November 23, 2022. These shares are set to be quoted on the ASX on April 16, 2024, as part of the company’s ongoing efforts to reward and retain its employees.
