Botala Energy Ltd. has entered into a significant partnership with AAAS Energy to jointly develop a 250MW Solar PV project at Leupane Energy Hub in Botswana, with AAAS contributing the initial development capital. The bankability of the project will be assessed by the end of 2024, with both parties eager to unlock value without Botala incurring initial costs. This strategic collaboration aligns with the vision of creating sustainable and affordable energy in the region.
