Boston Scientific (BSX) has released an update to notify the public and investors about its officers.
On January 26, 2024, Boston Scientific Corporation’s Board appointed Jonathan Monson as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, effective March 1, 2024, succeeding his role as Senior Vice President, Global Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer. Simultaneously, Emily Woodworth was named Senior Vice President, Global Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer, effective on the same date. Woodworth brings experience from her previous roles within the company, including Vice President of Finance and Controller of the Urology business. She will receive a base salary, annual bonuses, incentive stock awards, and other employee benefits appropriate for company officers, with no disclosed familial or material relationships affecting her appointment.
